These terms cover your use of SkyReadings. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the service is

SkyReadings provides free astrology calculators and paid written reports. The calculations use published astronomy and the IANA time zone database. The interpretations are original written content. The service is for entertainment and reflection, not for medical, legal, financial or mental health decisions.

Accounts

You can use the calculators without an account. Saving charts and buying reports needs a verified email or Google sign-in. Keep access to your email secure; anyone with access to your inbox may be able to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Prices and payment

Reports are individual purchases in US dollars. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. There is no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Polar, and Polar's terms apply to the payment itself.

Refunds

If a report is not what you expected, email support@skyreadings.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A refunded purchase loses access to the report.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people.
• Do not resell reports or present them as your own product.
• Do not attempt to access another person's account or saved charts.
• Do not use the site to harass a person or to make decisions about their health, safety, credit or employment.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as is. Calculations can be unavailable during maintenance, and a report's interpretation library may be revised. Material changes to these terms are dated at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SkyReadings is not liable for decisions you make after reading a report. The total liability for a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.
